Throughout October, on Saturday afternoons at 6pm GMT, we will be talking via live Zoom events to the inspiring women, thought leaders and sober sheroes who have had an impact on us and on the writing of our book 'Love Yourself Sober- A Self Care guide to alcohol free living for busy mothers.'
Our journeys are unique and yet similar, as we are wound together in sisterhood, in common humanity and in coping with our lives. In this series we are also bound together by our struggle with alcohol, how we each decided enough was enough and how we live and thrive. Each of the women we are interviewing felt passionately about changing the conversation about alcohol use, mental health, wellbeing, sobriety and what we need as women in the 21st Century in some way and are huge contributors to our expanding alcohol free and empowered sisterhood.
