About us...

Love Sober is a Community Interest Company.

Set up by women for women, who are questioning their drinking and want to create a life they love sober.

 

After years of struggling with our drinking and cumulative stress and anxiety, We decided to take control of our lives and heal our bodies & minds and find a holistic toolkit for living.

Now we use our experiences and powerful techniques from our combined professional training as coaches to help others find lasting freedom alcohol - and we have fun along the way!

The R4 BALANCE method combines combines everything you need to change your habits, mindset and lifestyle around alcohol. By focusing on self-care, self-leadership and self-compassion for you to get, stay and love sober align the body and the mind with your core values for total balance.

We stop and use the power of the pause to take stock of our relationship with alcohol.

We create a toolkit of wellbeing practices for change and build resilience to manage our busy lives.

A little bit about Love Sober...

 

Kate Baily

I am a Certified Professional Life and Personal Performance Coach with The Coaching Academy and I specialise in working with Grey Area Drinking, stress management and holistic wellbeing. I'm also a She Recovers® Designated Coach which means that I am trained in and my work aligns with the SHE RECOVERS® Intentions & Guiding Principles. I also trained with The Connecticut Centre for Addiction Recovery and with Irene Lyon Msc, master practitioner in nervous system regulation, trauma and stress management. I hold certificates in The Science of Happiness, Positive Psychology and counseling and was a finalist in the International Coaching Awards 2019.    

I am also a Specialist Coach Trainer for The Coaching Academy in Addictive Behaviours & Habit Change.

Mandy Manners

Gray Area Drinking Coaching.

 

I am a Certified Life & Recovery Coach with a specialty in Addiction Recovery (IAPRC) and a Certifed Trauma Informed International Recovery Coach (IRSI), A Grey Area Drinking Coach, trained by Jolene Park and a SHE RECOVERS® Coach, which means that I am trained in and my work aligns with the SHE RECOVERS® Intentions & Guiding Principles.

I am also a Specialist Coach Trainer for The Coaching Academy in Addictive Behaviours & Habit Change.
