Seasonal Sobriety Circles

Alcohol-free living, supported by natural rhythm and connection

Whether you're sober, sober curious, or simply feeling the call to live differently, these seasonal circles are a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, gather in community, and explore what it means to live well through the seasons.

These small, supportive group programmes help you step out of the cycle—
and into steadier, more grounded alcohol free living, one season at a time.

Why I work with the seasons

There’s a reason so many women struggle to “just stick to it” when it comes to moderating drinking.

It’s not a lack of willpower.

We’ve been taught to live in a way that ignores our natural rhythms — pushing through, overriding how we feel, and expecting ourselves to operate the same way all year round.

But we don’t.

Our energy shifts throughout the month.
Our capacity changes with our cycle.
Our needs are not the same in July as they are in November.

And in midlife especially, the body becomes less willing to tolerate that constant push.

Alcohol often becomes part of how we cope with that mismatch —
a way to wind down, switch off, or keep going when we’re already depleted.

That’s why I use a seasonal framework in my work.

Each season offers a natural reset point — a chance to pause, take stock, and respond differently to what’s actually going on in your life and body. Seasonal Sobriety is Smart Sobriety.

Instead of forcing change, we work with where you are.

We look at:
– your energy and nervous system
– your habits and triggers in real life
– what support you actually need right now

And we build something that feels sustainable — not just for a week, but across the seasons of your life.

Because this isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about learning how to support yourself in a way that works
in summer, in winter, and in the in-between.

These groups run across the year, each one aligned with a different phase of change.

Because our energy, habits, and needs shift with the seasons—
and our approach to alcohol needs to shift too.
