Kate Baily is a midlife sobriety coach, author, speaker and co-founder of the Love Sober Podcast.

She works with women in midlife to change their relationship with alcohol in a way that feels grounded, sustainable and rooted in real life—drawing on positive psychology, nervous system work, and seasonal living.

Kate is the author of Love Yourself Sober and Love Your Sober Year, and has been featured in national press and radio including, BBC Women’s Hour, the Telegraph, Daily Express and Daily Mirror.
