Love Your Sober Summer is a small, intimate 6-week group for women in midlife who are ready to explore an alcohol-free life in a way that feels nourishing, realistic, and deeply supportive.
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just a gentle, powerful reset — held in community.
WHY SUMMER?
Summer can feel like a lot.
Long evenings. Social plans. Holidays.
The subtle (and not-so-subtle) pressure to drink.
And underneath it all…
often a tired nervous system, shifting hormones, and a quiet sense that something needs to change.
This space meets you right there.
Not with rules —
but with tools, support, and a different rhythm.
WHAT THIS IS
A 6-week guided experience where you will:
• Take a break from alcohol (in a way that works for you)
• Understand your habits, triggers, and patterns
• Learn how to regulate your nervous system in real life
• Build new rituals that actually support you
• Feel connected — to yourself and other women walking this path
We start with sobriety…
but what we’re really creating is a life that feels good to live in.

Over 6 weeks you’ll receive:

The Journey — A 6 Week Midlife Alchemy
This is not about willpower.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
This is about coming home to your body, your needs, and your truth…
and gently creating a different way of living that feels good.
Across six weeks, we move through a simple but powerful arc—
grounding, regulating, reshaping patterns, and expanding into what’s next.
Each week blends group coaching, somatic practice, and creative reflection
so the work lands not just in your mind, but in your body and your life.
Week 1 — ARRIVE
Landing in the body. Telling the truth.
We begin by slowing everything down.
You arrive exactly as you are—no pressure, no performance.
Through gentle coaching and reflective tools, you’ll begin to see clearly:
what’s been happening, what’s no longer working, and what you’re ready for now.
A grounded beginning. A soft but powerful honesty.

Week 2 — REGULATE
Creating safety within.
Before anything can change, your nervous system needs support.
You’ll learn simple, effective tools to steady cravings, soothe overwhelm,
and feel more resourced in real life—not just in theory.
This is where things begin to feel more possible.
More spacious. Less reactive.

Week 3 — INTERRUPT
The pause that changes everything.
This is where the shift begins.
We explore the moment between trigger and response—
and how to gently interrupt old patterns without force or shame.
You’ll start to experience choice again.
Not perfectly, but powerfully.

Week 4 — NOURISH
Meeting your needs in new ways.
Often, it’s not alcohol we’re craving—
it’s relief, reward, rest, or connection.
This week is about learning to meet those needs in ways that actually sustain you.
We bring in rest, pleasure, and “sober treats”
as supportive, intentional practices—not afterthoughts.

Week 5 — CONNECT
Relationships, boundaries, and belonging.
Midlife asks us to look again at who we are in relationship.
You’ll explore boundaries, communication, and the deeper question:
what do I want my life and connections to feel like now?
This is about finding your voice—
and your people.

Week 6 — EXPAND
Stepping into what’s next.
We gather everything you’ve experienced and begin to look forward.
Not as pressure to “be someone new”
but as a natural expansion into a more grounded, clear, and connected version of you.
You’ll leave with practices, clarity, and a sense of direction
that feels steady, spacious, and your own.

Each week includes:
- A live group coaching circle (gentle, supportive, no pressure to share)
- A guided somatic practice to help you feel and integrate the work
- A creative coaching tool to take into your real life
- Ongoing connection and support between sessions
