Yoga and Writing Reset and Restore Retreat with Kate and Bryony

Sober & Sober Curious.

Yoga with Bryony - restorative and active - you choose in the incredible Om yoga dome overlooking panoramic view of the hillside and in the Moon Shall and Ganesh Shala. Bryony has been teaching yoga for two decades to all ages and capacities and practices an intuitive yoga practice where you are guided by your body under her expert guidance and support. No experience is needed and all sessions are completely optional.

Coaching and Creativity Sessions with Kate. 

Creative Writing - finding your voice - no experience needed. 

Workshop - Grey Area Drinking

Workshop - Building the holistic sober toolkit. 

You may wish to enjoy the salt water swimming pool and eco sauna, award winning food, wander around the olive groves and organic gardens or book a horse ride or massage. You can rest and retreat in The Garden of Stillness or enjoy some retail therapy in 3 Pagodas Shakti Boutique Shop.

Take the meandering path lined with aromatic lavender and rosemary bushes through the glamping area dotted with yurts, teepees and mini domes. Carry on past the magnificent Om Dome, and our celebratory Banyan Tree encircled with brightly coloured flags, and eventually you’ll find the stunning meditation garden.

Prices starts from £1195 based on sharing. A very limited number of solo options are available.
